I decided I wanted some hair transplants put into a scar around my chin area. I called up multiple places in regards to this, and found that not only did the surgery group give me the best price for my treatment than the other places, but for me they was the most friendly and more knowledgeable than the other hair transplant surgerys.They also gave me a discount after the original price. I've dealt with Jake from the start. Hes unbelievably friendly, professional, knowledgeable, calm and willing to answer any questions you have regarding your matter, (as I had plenty of them!! lol) as hes a great guy to talk toI also spoke to Matthew there on a few occasions, who spoke very professional and knowledgeable, and is a very friendly guy and good to talk to, and just told it how it was. On the day of the surgery, Matthew made me feel very welcome when I entered. It was a great experience, and the surgery room seemed very therapeutic wìth a great calming affect. Surgeons Mr Ahmed and Phil made me feel very comfortable throughout, and were very dedicated into making sure they did there job to the best of there ability. If your looking to have transplants, dont look anywhere else, just go to the surgery group.

I was thrilled with every part of the process with Surgery Group. The pre appointment enquiries were answered reassuringly and promptly. The day was rather enjoyable and was carried out exactly as was promised in my pre appointment chats. The aftercare was excellent, they maintained regular communication with me to ensure I was looking after both the donor and recipient sections correctly. I would absolutely recommend surgery group for hair transplant surgery.

If you're thinking about getting an FUE in the UK, then I can't recommend Dr Ahmad and the guys at The Surgery Group enough. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I was able to speak directly to Dr Ahmad from the first consultation and on the day, the technicians were all super friendly. Throughout, Matt and Jake have been incredible - looking after me and responding to my questions, amazing service. I can’t wait to see what my results look like in good time.

I initially contacted Surgery Group via email and was contacted by Matthew in no time at all, with him kindly taking time to discuss things over the phone and provide answers to any questions I had. This was followed by a phone consultation with Dr Moussa, who really impressed me and made me feel confident I was talking to the right guys to undergo what was a massive thing for me. I booked the procedure without hesitation. I’m now day 16 following my FUE procedure conducted by Dr Moussa and his great team of technicians in Nottingham - I cannot fault the service I received on the day and the way I was looked after by all involved. Dr Moussa was fantastic and worked with me to create my new (vastly improved) hairline until we were both happy with the design I highly recommend Surgery Group and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future should I require a second procedure.

Had a hair transplant two weeks ago with surgery group. Really happy with the results. Received excellent service from all staff members. Surgery was done with a professional and knowledgeable doctor and would definitely recommend anyone to them. Aftercare was fantastic and was contacted everyday after the surgery with day by day instructions and care. Thanks to everyone at surgery group.

The whole team at Surgery Group Nottingham were amazing from start to finish. Matthew was very friendly and reachable throughout, and the surgeon Dr Ahmad was first class. The whole surgery team were very friendly and did an outstanding job in a very clean surgery. After a few years of thinking about getting a hair transplant I decided that this year was the year. I enquired at various places in the UK and in Turkey, looking at price, reviews and patient outcomes and the surgery group came out as the best all rounder. Out of all the places these where the only place that would answer all my questions without pressuring you into booking. They go over and above your exceptions! Jake is wicked he is always at the end of the phone if you need him for anything and regularly checks in to see how your doing before the op, on the day and after the op making sure everything goes/went well and that you’ve got the right aftercare. I had my op done by Dr Ahmad, he settled any nerves that I had and made me feel at ease. Dr Ahmad and the team chatted and had banter with me throughout the op! they even offer to put you on medication to stop any future hair loss. I’ve got a few mates that have had their hair done at various places and most of them have had some form of bad experience along the way. These guys deserve 10 stars, cheers Jake, Matthew and the rest of the team 🙂

Really great team and relatively painless, stress free procedure. The pre-op consultation was straightforward and informative. The procedure was easy and as I say pretty painless - bar the initial anastetic injections but even these were nothing more than a bee sting. Staff throughout were brilliant. After car support and advice has also been great. I like to see myself as a macho man (my wife would say otherwise) and the idea of having cosmetic surgery would have previously been frowned upon by myself and my friends. Honestly though my friends have been great about it, a bit of banter here and there but at the end of the day if you're not happy with your hair do something about it - you have nothing to lose (bar £££). If people ask my why I just say that it's just because I wanted to, because I didn't like my rubbish patchy hair. No other explanation needed. The word transplant sounds scary but it's just someone moving some hair from the back of my head to the front. Really happy so far and money well spent 👍🏼

I received fantastic service first time round, this time I was back for a partial beard transplant this time and they did not disappoint. I wanted to go with dr Ahmad moussa again this time because he is just so easing and helpful, works with you every step of the way and is always checking to make sure you’re happy with everything before anything permanent is done whilst answering any and all questions,(just a genuine down to earth guy) The two techs were brilliant although I can’t remember their names, gentle and attentive. I also want to thank jake for being there from pre set up to weeks after surgery was complete.(every morning I would have a text asking if I’m ok and update photos and instructions on what to do, whilst answering any questions I had day and night. 6 months in and had great results, and for a fraction of the price of other quotes I had around the country. Jake was dealing with my surgery and he was in constant communication with me through out the whole process, can’t fault these guys, always had a reply within seconds of asking a question. It has been a year today since I received my hair transplant treatment of surgery group and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the result and the quality of care during the procedure, before and after, especially from Matthew, Jake and the other staff involved. Superb service from Surgery Group, from start to finish. To be able to speak directly to the owner (Matthew - great guy) then to the surgeon himself was so refreshing, after speaking to the salesmen of other (more expensive!) companies. I had two transplants with these guys and the aftercare from Jake and Matthew was second to none. The surgery itself was carried out expertly by Dr Ahmed and his wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for me (they even bought me lunch!) If you are considering a hair transplant then I would recommend you not look any further than Surgery Group Ltd! They were absolutely amazing and I am very glad I used them instead of all the other expensive options out there both here and abroad. I am a healthcare professional and at an age of 30 years I still have a fairly full head of hair. The only thing that "annoyed" me was that my hairline was receding so as to making the peaks of the classic 'M-shape' or more commonly known as widows peak more prominent and noticeable. Fantastic experience from initial consultation through to post procedure care! Everyone connected to The Surgery Group are genuine from the moment you speak to them and throughout the process! No BS, sales spin or unnecessary science, your care and satisfaction is their only concern. The procedure was more invasive than I had thought it would be and there were periods of being uncomfortable but overall it was bearable. Post op also brought some pain and swelling challenges but nothing I wasn’t advised on beforehand and support was on hand on what to do. Bottom line is follow the post op guidance notes you will be fine. The end result looks great even knowing it will fall out and take time to regrow it has restored lost confidence. The team at the surgery group have been fantastic. From the initial consultation to the aftercare everything was clear and organised . The surgeon Dr Ahmed was honest and clear about all my options . So far I'm so happy with my results and especially the aftercare ,They have been communicating with me daily . I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In the first instance I have to say a big "thank you" to the entire team who has been part of my experience so far. I am on day 17 following the procedure and (in no particular order), Jake, Matthew, Dr Ahmad, Amanda, Phil and Maz have all played their role in delivering a service that has been first class. I have had 2250 grafts in my crown and frontal area, creating what I hope to be a much improved and fuller hair line. The price I paid was a very competitive price and in my mind represents good value compared to other competitors. This said, the price paid is not the full story, as its the service of the said individuals pre, post and during, which is the reason why I would say don't bother wasting your time looking anywhere else. I did read the reviews and testimonials before talking to the team and I have to say, I agree with what the overwhelming majority are saying, that this really is the complete package. I look forward to seeing the end result in what has so far been a very positive experience, and one that I certainly do not regret.

I spoke with a few clinics before I chose to go with The Surgery Group, based on the impressive consultations I had with both Jake and Dr. Ahmed and the very reasonable price offered for a 2500-graft FUT (I previously had an £8000 900-graft FUE in my naivety to go with the highest priced and not look around, and it was much below the standard I received from The Surgery Group). After the pre-consultation with Dr. Ahmed, where I was given some solid advice for now and planning for the future, Matthew booked a hotel for me a few minutes away from the clinic. The technicians and Dr. were great throughout the surgery and in managing any pain. Jake's support and the level of care both before and after surgery was incredible and a huge help, particularly during the aftercare stage. Feel very fortunate to have found this company and it's comforting to know that I need look no further in future.

If you’re thinking about a procedure then I couldn’t recommend The Surgery Group enough. I can honestly say that this is 5+ Star service! The before and aftercare are fantastic, any questions you have at any time of day are answered, regardless of how silly they may sound! There are no sales people here!! The surgery itself went great, I actually fell asleep for most of it! Doctor Ahmad Moussa And his team “ Mandeline” & “Mazzy D” were fantastic and listened to you and your concerns throughout, I even drove home straight after the procedure which was a 4hr drive as I was in little to no discomfort. The price was fantastic for what they had to offer, most other places were more than double the price for a service that was nowhere near as great! The overall experience was fantastic and if I need to go back in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I am now looking forward to my hair starting to grow back. Stu

Amanda, Phil and Dr Ahmad were excellent : kind, helpful, understanding and very down to earth, and helped ease my anxiety which was horrendous when i arrived. We ended up listening to classical FM on the radio which really helped pass the time, and i drank plenty of herbal tea ( thanks Phil/ Amanda) Mathew and Jake have been great with aftercare too, Jake has only ever been helpful and kept in touch every day following the procedure. I brought a friend along who drove us back which was just as well because it was a long day. This is an initial review but hopefully i can update in a few months once i see the results, but i am excited. However, what i will say right now was the professionalism/care/ attention was 10/10!

5 stars: Excellent A minute ago My beard transplant at Surgery Group. So far The Surgery Group have been amazing. I did a lot of research into what clinic to use and most of them slated each other which is not professional but Surgery Group never slated anyone else and never pressured me. I had access to Jake and Mathew through WhatsApp 24/7 if I needed their help and advise. They were both amazing. Dr Moussa phoned me for a video call about a month before surgery and he was very polite and informative and happily answered all my questions. I drove home the next morning and had daily contact with Jake and Mathew over the next 2 weeks to make sure I was ok and healing well. I would definitely recommend The Surgery Group to anyone wanting a hair/beard transplant and I would definitely use them again if I needed to. The price was £5000 which is very good and was the lowest quote I was given out of 6 places that I phoned. Very good value for money. I am very happy overall

I am now 8 months post surgery with Dr Ahmed and his team (Sian, Amanda and Phil). I would say that the overall experience has been really, really good. I was understandably nervous about the procedure but the whole team put me at ease from the moment I arrived until I finished. Great experience from the first contact. Price seemed too good to be true but then I read the reviews on Trustpilot and realised they were the real deal. Can't fault the team at Surgery Group on anything. It's been 8 months since my procedure and I am very pleased with the results.

Had approximately 1900 grafts due too some thinning and receding around the front of my hairline. Spoke with Matthew before hand and he explained what to expect etc. The procedure was completely pain free ( apart from slight discomfort when numbing the head , which only lasted a matter of seconds) but I was pleasantly surprised on how laid back everything was. The surgeon was great and the two technicians were brilliant, very friendly and professional. It took around 7 hours from start to finish and was very impressed with the whole procedure. I’m two months in and extremely happy about the way things are going, I know there’s a long way to go yet but I can already see a big difference in my hairline ! I got all my questions answered with a thorough explanation of the various transplant techniques, during my initial chat with Matthew. The only company to give me a price up front and a chance to meet the surgeon who would be doing my hair transplant.

The whole thing was very easy to my surprise Dr. Nurein and his staff were very friendly and professional. He explained the process and treatments thoroughly so that I always knew what was happening.
